A whole host of the UK's top chefs, bakers and chocolatiers are coming together for the Big Chocolate Brownie Bid, a mouth-watering auction in support of The Sick Children's Trust. Just some of the big names whipping up deliciously indulgent brownies include Chiltern Firehouse's Nuno Mendes, Masterchef winner Tim Anderson, top chocolatier Paul A Young, Great British Bake Off winner Edd Kimber and Jamie Oliver’s right-hand woman Jools Oliver. Each will prepare a batch of 24 brownies to their own recipe, to be auctioned off this April.
