Rounding up April's focus on drinks and hydration, we are finally onto the 'harder stuff' - including caffeine, coffee, and full bodied beer, and a little alcohol-free wine added into the mix.

Continuing with this month's focus on drinks and hydration, we took a closer look at Kloudy - a feel-good energy drink made with Japanese ceremonial matcha, adaptogens, vitamins, prebiotic fibre, and only real ingredients.

It's not something we get excited about on a daily basis but we do love salt - good salt. We don't use it excessively but feel if the quality fits then salt has an essential place in our cooking and our diets.

This month we have been looking at a variety of drinks, ranging from pure water to coconut water, and matcha latte to bubble teas. Today we have been taste testing Aydin drinks - juice in a can.
