Kate Humble, host of BBC Countryfile and Springwatch, has presented the awards to the winners of the prestigious Natural and Organic Awards 2012, held at the Natural and Organic Products show at the Olympia exhibition centre, London. The annual ceremony, now in its seventeenth year, recognises and celebrates the organic industry's most innovative and impressive businesses and products in three categories: textile, retail and beauty.

As more and more people are choosing to work from home, there has been an increase in the need to have 'office space' within the home. Some people may have the luxury of converting a room in their house to facilitate this, however, others may not and will look at alternative solutions, such as a garden office/pod. These have become increasingly popular in the last few years, but many of them are standard cuboid offices that don't have much character.

With around 33,000 new cases each year, bowel cancer is England's second most common cancer and the NHS Bowel Cancer Screening Programme can be a life-saver, as David and Jasmine discovered. The Source spoke to Jasmine, who shares their story in the hope that it will encourage people to complete the bowel screening tests that are being sent out.
