The 2026 show welcomed 3,000 attendees over two days and was created to make longevity more accessible by bringing together the latest science, practical tools, and leading experts in one place. 
Featuring over 100 brands, 160 speakers, and experiences from L ululemon, Hyperice, Sanctum, Technogym, NADclinic, Peloton, Edelman, MONK, The Longevity Rave, Dulcie, Myndstream and more. Alongside the consumer experience, the show's Scaling Health and Longevity business conference brought together founders, investors, healthcare leaders and brands to explore the rapidly growing longevity economy.
With a high-profile lineup that included Dr Rangan Chatterjee, Joe Wicks, Davina McCall, and Liz Earle, visitors were surrounded by a wide range of health products, immersive talks, and classes for all fitness levels. IV drips, supplements, minerals, and health technology. Popular exhibitors offered diagnostic testing, IV drip therapy, and immersive classes.

For health-conscious attendees, it was viewed as an inspiring, educational weekend. For an overweight post-menopausal woman lost in a world of health information, it opened my eyes to what is now available to make life healthier, and what I could try or what to avoid.
An abundance of vitamins, minerals, testing, and talks meant I had to cherry-pick my choices and return for a second day to ensure I had covered all my bases.
