Fairtrade Fortnight runs from the 23rd February through to the 8th March 2015. And you can find everything you need to get your community involved at www.fairtrade.org.uk/fortnight Since the first Fairtrade Fortnight in 1995 things have come so far - from educating the public on why to choose Fairtrade to increasing sales on Fairtrade terms for marginalised producers. Over the past 20 years the Fairtrade mark has become the biggest and best known ethical label in the UK.

New Year starts with many resolutions and for some people this will invariably mean a new diet, a crash diet, a detox or a radical change to what they eat. But for 2015 the best resolution you can make for your body this January is to include more healthy options in your diet, exercise more and make changes gradually, making it more likely to lead to success.

With entries closing on the 15th March, this allows time for thorough testing of all products entered before the final judging sessions take place in May. Run by skincare health site Skins Matter, the Awards celebrate the best skincare products that are free from allergens and other ingredients, which many consumers now look to avoid.

Foodies Festival have announced their 2015 line-up of festivals across the UK with the addition of six new locations - including Birmingham Cannon Hill Park; Harrogate Valley Gardens; Syon Park in Richmond, London; Alexandra Palace and two new Christmas festivals at Manchester Central and Edinburgh. From what started as a small food and drink event in an Edinburgh hotel 10 years ago, Foodies Festival has now grown into the UK's biggest food and drink festival welcoming 2 million food lovers over the last decade.
