Awful for April but the Sun is Shining through the Fog

If you have been following my resolution to change my diet and lifestyle through out 2014 you will know that after starting the year dairy- and gluten-free, I had lost 7lbs and began to see many of my intolerance symptoms disappear, along with my brain fog, tiredness and generally feeling run down. Yet throughout March I didn't just slip - I fell headlong off the wagon! And like many people fell into the trap of thinking I had conquered my resolutions so deserved the odd treat.

Are We Marvellous for March Yet?

Following my New Year resolution to get Fabulous for February, I am now continuing my quest while looking to be Marvellous for March. Aside from a huge fall around Valentine's weekend, which saw the wagon trailing off into February leaving me far behind, I have managed to maintain my 7lb weight loss for 2014 and, thankfully, I have now caught up with said wagon and planted my bottom firmly on the front seat.

Feeling Fabulous For February and Marvellous for March

Throughout January I have embarked on a new approach to the New Year and decided to make small changes, one day at a time - to my diet, lifestyle, fitness and overall feeling of well-being. January is a tough month for resolutions and new diets but not as tough as it could have been had I set myself impossible resolutions and unachievable goals. Join my journey into February as I move on to feeling 'Marvellous for March'.

Getting Fabulous for February One Day at a Time

During this month I have been following a plan to get #FabForFeb with the help of some great companies along the way. If you are trying to change your diet for a healthier option then forget the fads and go for 'real food for real people' and make small changes everyday to keep you on track to a healthier lifestyle. Follow me throughout this month to see how I have made the change.

Half Way There to a Fabulous February

This month I am looking forward to being 'Fabulous for February' with the help of the ilumi Boost Your Energy Diet and the Advanced Nutrition Programme. Along with added help from Vietnam Black Rice and Nutribullet I am looking to change my approach to my diet and move on to fresh produce and home-made meals, free from unnecessary added ingredients. I am sharing my experience with you now I am half-way through the month and getting to Day 15 on my #FabForFeb regime has been easier than expected.

Just into January on our Fabulous for February Plan

This month we are going gluten- and dairy-free and looking for ways to detox after the festive season. Instead of hopping aboard the trendy 5-2 we have opted to spend the month including a healthier diet to our daily routine. Our goal is to feel fabulous for February - and if we lose a few pounds along the way we won't complain.
