Eight British Touring Car Champions Set for Goodwood Revival Battle

As many as eight British Touring Car Champions are set to do battle at the Goodwood Revival (12th - 14th September 2014) in the St Mary's Trophy for 1950s production saloons. Jason Plato, who holds the record for BTCC race victories with an incredible 83, and claimed the title in 2001 and '10, will partner TV chef and Goodwood regular James Martin in an-ex Alan Mann Racing Ford Prefect 107E of 1959 specification.

Celebrate a Great British Tradition during National Afternoon Tea Week

In 1840 Anne, the seventh Duchess of Bedford, started requesting tea, bread and cake at 4pm to stave off hunger until dinner and soon after afternoon tea became a much-loved, quintessentially British tradition. National Afternoon Tea Week (11th-17th August 2014) celebrates this great heritage with a week of activities, themed menus and offers in hotels, restaurants and tearooms across the UK in August.

Spectacular Line Up Announced for Olympia, The International Horse Show 2014

The organisers of the world's biggest equestrian Christmas party, Olympia, The London International Horse Show, have announced a dazzling new line up of displays for this year's show, which takes place on 16th - 22nd December 2014. The headline acts include the unique Ukrainian Cossack Stunt Riders and the magnificent Mounted Branch of the Metropolitan Police - both of whom haven't performed at Olympia for four years.

The Oxted Food & Drink Festival Launches in Master Park

On the first day of summer Master Park in Oxted was transformed for a one day event, bringing Urban Street Food to Surrey - and giving residents and visitors a good chance to support some very local businesses throughout the day.
