Miracle footballer Fabrice Muamba and his wife, Shauna, will be launching Mrs Muamba's Caribbean cooking sauces at Booths MediaCityUK on Wednesday 23rd July. Fabrice and Shauna will be meeting Booths customers from 12 - 2pm, serving samples of Mrs Muamba's five Caribbean sauces which launched into Booths stores across the North West this month; Caribbean Curry, Sweet & Spicy Sauce, Caribbean Brown Stew, Caribbean BBQ Sauce and Jerk Sauce.

Our Pick of the Day today has got to be Lucy's Dressings. For the 'Great Golden' alone Lucy wins hands down - and her other taste creations will have your tastebuds in a jive in no time too. Being on a FODMAP diet is no fun - not even at this year's Allergy & FreeFrom Show, Olympia, where a vast amount of the food either contained soya, coconut or dates.
