December is a busy month and with so much preparation happening around the festive season it is easy to forget what is readily available - in season - as well as all the exotic produce being flown in for the holidays.
A seasonal artisan dairy twist to the most traditional of Christmas desserts, Brown Cow Organics have introduced a Christmas pudding live organic yoghurt into their individual 155ml pot range of live yoghurt flavours for the 2011 Christmas season. All their yoghurts are hand processed using their Guernsey herd born, bred and grazed organic whole milk; this process produces naturally thick rich yoghurt so does not need added emulsifiers, stabilisers or thickeners. The yoghurt is then hand poured into recyclable re-usable pots and lids - in keeping with their packaging ethos.
