CELIA wins FreeFrom Food Awards as 'Best Gluten Free Beer'

Despite only being launched into the UK market this year (2013) the growing popularity, as well as food industry and consumer reaction to CELIA gluten-free Czech craft pilsner is going from strength to strength. CELIA now boasts a prestigious 'Best Gluten Free Beer' accolade at the 2013 FreeFrom Food Awards. Co-founders Nick McNally and Martin Vozar were presented with the award in London by celebrity chef Antony Worrall Thompson.

Doves Farm Showcase New Products

The Doves Farm story began at their farm near Hungerford in 1978. In addition to their great tasting bread flours, they make a variety of organic and gluten free products including biscuits, cookies, cereal bars, breakfast cereals, pasta and baking requisites. They have two mills and two bakeries, enabling them to separate production of their organic and gluten free products. At the heart of their business however, they remain organic flour specialists.
