Co-founders Nick McNally and Martin Vozar were presented with the award in London by celebrity chef Antony Worrall Thompson.
The Doves Farm story began at their farm near Hungerford in 1978. In addition to their great tasting bread flours, they make a variety of organic and gluten free products including biscuits, cookies, cereal bars, breakfast cereals, pasta and baking requisites. They have two mills and two bakeries, enabling them to separate production of their organic and gluten free products. At the heart of their business however, they remain organic flour specialists.
