Venice Bakery, the home of America's best free-from pizza, launched their thin and crispy free-from pizza bases and flatbreads at London's 'The Restaurant Show' under the name Venice Bakery UK. What sets their pizza bases apart from others already on the market is that they tick even more 'Free From' boxes - as they are free from gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, corn, nuts and egg.

Going dairy- and gluten-free can have its limitations when it comes to finding good quality iced desserts and puddings.
