Gluten Free Bread from Newburn Bakehouse

It is a long time since a loaf of bread has caused so much excitement here in the Your Source office. Not since the Fria Gluten-free Poppy Seed Rolls that our coeliac tester didn't believe were free-from. But today we are in heaven, bread heaven, with a Newburn Bakehouse White Sourdough Artisan Cob.

From Tree to Bar with Pacari Chocolate

When it comes to chocolate we confess, we love it! This is clearly reflected in our sister site and organised events via Discover Cacao. If we can bring more chocolate to the South East of England then we are certainly on that mission. So we are always happy to review new chocolate that happens to land on our desk. And this lovely selection from Pacari has just arrived.

It has become my Christmas therapy but I am lucky my family does appreciate it.

Soups, Sauces and Nut Butter Blenders

With Christmas 'wish lists' being written I thought it was a great time to talk about one of the larger gadgets in the kitchen – a blender. To mix, mingle, combine, stir, whisk, merge, emulsify, amalgamate there are lots of technical terms for blending!
